Scanning & Tuning for GM cars & trucks AND Dodge/Cummins Diesel Pickups
EFILive’s FlashScan has established itself as the most comprehensive, effective and user friendly tuning and scanning software available for GM cars and trucks. Now, owners of Dodge diesel-powered pickup trucks can enjoy the advantages FlashScan offers. Full scanning and tuning capabilities are available for 2006 and later 5.9-liter and 2007 and later 6.7-liter Cummins engines.
The FlashScan system includes fully integrated scanning/data logging and tuning software and the cabling necessary to connect a laptop or desktop PC to the vehicle. A hand-held controller that’s part of the cable assembly also allows stand-alone “black box” scanning and tuning (without a PC). The hand-held controller can also be used to reset diagnostic trouble codes.
FlashScan V2 The Ultimate in Scanning and Tuning
User-friendly navigation, clean layout, helpful integration of data logging and reprogramming functions and an extensive technical support program have made EFILive’s FlashScan V2 the most comprehensive and most popular system for scanning and reprogramming late model GM ECMs, PCMs and TCMs (Engine, Powertrain and Transmission Control Modules). FlashScan V2 also includes “black box” scanning and tuning capability (no PC needed) through the system’s hand-held controller. FlashScan V2 can be used with the engine and transmission control modules for all Gen3 and Gen4 V8's through 2012 models, 2010+ 3.0L & 2.4L SIDI engines, 1.4L Turbo Cruze, 1998+ Vortec V6 and V8, and most 1997 and later I4, I5 and I6 engines. In addition to scanning and tuning, the “black box” can also be used to read and clear diagnostic trouble codes.
AutoCal - Tuning by Remote Control
EFILive’s AutoCal brings a new level of sophistication and simplicity to tuning and diagnosing remotely located vehicles. Designed for professional tuners, AutoCal is a small hand-held controller that can be connected to a PC and a vehicles diagnostic port through the included cables. After a tuner loads AutoCal with a custom tune file, he sends it to his customer, who connects it to his vehicle and reprograms its control module with the included custom tune. If subsequent changes are required, a new tune file can be sent to the customer by e-mail. The customer can also data log his vehicle and send the information to the tuner to help diagnose problems. Using AutoCal is absolutely the best and easiest way to remotely reprogram, trouble shoot and optimize the performance of most late model GM vehicles.
